Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate recreational activities for inmates in a large facility.
• Consult with institutional staff when planning programs for residents.
• Gather information on offender skills, abilities and interests to tailor activities.
• Supervise gymnasium sanitation and maintenance of recreation equipment and supplies.
• Attend institution meetings and prepare reports.
