Job summary

Howmet Aerospace seeks a Facilities Engineering Leader to direct repair, maintenance, and installation activities at Plant 5 Ti Cast. You will lead maintenance departments, manage unions and contractors, and drive continuous improvement to optimize operations and labor/material utilization.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, enabling strategic investments, and mentoring staff, with a focus on safety and efficiency within a large manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a min of 5 years' experience in leadership with facilities/maintenance.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance and Facilities Engineering departments.
• Drive asset utilization; shorten cycles and minimize downtime; utilize TPM.
• Establish project goals and lead the group toward completing projects.
