Precision Off Road is seeking an experienced Sales & Service Advisor to own the customer relationship from first contact through job completion. You will drive revenue by listening to customers, presenting options, building value, and closing sales for wheels, tires, suspension, and services.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experience, partnering with technicians, and growing the business while maintaining the shop's high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Automotive aftermarket sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close sales.
• Experience presenting estimates and discussing options with customers.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound phone, web, and walk-in sales opportunities.
• Greet customers and identify needs, goals, and budget.
• Sell wheels, tires, suspension, lift kits, and services.
• Build accurate estimates and present options clearly.
• Follow up on leads and unsold estimates.
• Convert leads into scheduled work and manage communication.
• Collaborate with technicians to document and complete jobs.
• Grow revenue and gross profit while delivering quality service.
