Precision Tune Auto Care NC is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves greeting customers in-store and over the phone, explaining services, and selling parts and automotive services.

You will help schedule appointments, support shop productivity, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year in automotive service/advisor or 1-2+ years in sales or customer service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Phone skills.
• Ability to work days, Saturdays, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
