Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate estimates and timelines to customers.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories and provide accurate quotes.
• Update customers on service status and complete post-service follow-up.
