Job summary

Big O Tires is seeking Sales Consultants to deliver customer service and sales in accordance with company programs. You will educate customers and guide them through maintenance and repairs, process transactions, and help promote products and services.

This full-time role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to operate a computer. You’ll support store operations, assist in training, and uphold Big O Tires standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and sales aptitude.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers with fast, friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously and in line with company policy.
• Promote products and services using explained benefits and promotions.
• Process sales transactions and document warranties and service agreements.
• Support store operations including inventory, reporting, and housekeeping.
