Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide accurate, knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engaged when they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs.
