DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist – Off Field Operations to support critical store processes and ensure athlete readiness. You will drive inventory accuracy, optimize fulfillment, and execute store operations with precision on the floor and behind the scenes.

This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and adherence to merchandising standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for athletes and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect, adhering to safety and SOPs.
