Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an OFE Coordinator in Texas to plan, coordinate, and track Owner Furnished Equipment through the project lifecycle. You will ensure timely procurement, delivery, storage, installation and turnover, coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in equipment coordination, logistics, procurement, construction, or project administration.
• Experience managing equipment deliveries, vendor coordination, and project schedules.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of construction project delivery, supply chain processes, and logistics management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all OFE activities from procurement through installation and turnover.
• Track equipment schedules, delivery dates, logistics, and installation requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders to align with milestones.
• Monitor equipment status, risks, and dependencies, with mitigation strategies.
• Maintain OFE inventories, tracking logs, and project documentation.
• Support procurement, expediting, shipping, receiving, and warehouse coordination.
• Coordinate site access, installation sequencing, and equipment readiness with construction teams.
• Facilitate issue resolution related to equipment delivery, storage, damages, or schedule impacts.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and reporting requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to project leadership and clients.
