The role requires 4+ years in equipment logistics, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to mentor staff while traveling to project sites as needed. Safety and efficiency improvements are expected across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience in construction equipment logistics and warehouse management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
• Forklift operation certification and safety awareness.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of equipment operations including inventory, logistics, and dispatch to job sites.
• Serve as primary liaison between First Equipment Company (FEC) and project/site teams to assess upcoming equipment needs and schedule deployment.
• Perform equipment inspections and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Track routine and preventive maintenance to ensure manufacturer and company standards compliance.
• Maintain ERP and digital inventory records; improve accuracy and processes across projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for servicing, rentals, or procurement as directed by manager.
• Support tool/equipment check-in/out processes and monitor high-use items.
• Identify underutilized or outdated equipment for reallocation or decommissioning.
• Mentor FEC staff in procedures, safety, and ERP usage.
