Job summary

HazTek Inc. seeks an experienced OFCI Manager in Houston, TX to oversee owner-furnished equipment from ordering through site delivery, installation, and final testing. You will coordinate vendors, track deliveries, and ensure readiness for startup and handover.

Responsibilities include defining equipment requirements, managing shipments, logging serials and warranties, and mitigating supply chain risks to avoid delays on a large-scale data center or industrial project.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of vendor startup processes, BMS/controls integration, and system testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee owner-furnished equipment from ordering through site delivery, installation, and final testing.
• Coordinate equipment shipments, site receiving, storage, and contractor handoffs.
• Track vendor startup support, controls integration, and system testing.
• Identify supply chain risks early and work with site teams to prevent installation delays.
• Maintain complete equipment logs, including serial numbers, warranties, and spare parts.
