Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an OFE Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and track Owner Furnished Equipment throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure timely procurement, delivery, storage, installation, and turnover while coordinating with clients, vendors, and construction teams.

You will manage schedules, logs, documentation, and stakeholder communications to support project milestones and maintain quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in equipment coordination, logistics, procurement, construction, or project administration.
• Experience managing equipment deliveries, vendor coordination, and project schedules.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OFE activities from procurement through installation and turnover.
• Track equipment schedules, delivery dates, logistics, and installation requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders to align with milestones.
• Monitor equipment status, risks, and dependencies with mitigation strategies as needed.
• Maintain OFE inventories, tracking logs, and project documentation.
