Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Equipment Logistics Coordinator to manage daily operations, inventory, and maintenance of tools, fleet vehicles, and equipment across multiple projects. You will ensure timely deployment and reliable performance in field operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and vendor coordination, plus forklift certification and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in construction/equipment logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, and maintenance in field operations.
• Proficient in ERP platforms and MS Office.
• Ability to operate forklifts; valid certification required.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of equipment operations including inventory, logistics, and dispatch to job sites.
• Serve as liaison between First Equipment Company (FEC) and project/site teams to assess equipment needs and scheduling.
• Perform inspections and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Track maintenance to meet manufacturer and company standards.
• Maintain digital inventory in ERP and monitor accuracy.
• Coordinate servicing, rentals, or procurement with vendors.
