Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Equipment Logistics Coordinator to manage equipment, inventory, and maintenance for field operations across multiple projects. You will lead day-to-day coordination, oversee inspections, and support timely deployment of tools, fleet vehicles, and equipment.

The role requires collaboration with project teams and vendors, using ERP systems to track assets, optimize utilization, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of related experience in construction equipment logistics.
• Knowledge of construction tools, power equipment, fleet vehicles, logistics and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for equipment in field and shop.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with project teams and vendors.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of equipment operations including inventory, logistics, and dispatch to job sites.
• Serve as primary liaison between First Equipment Company and project/site teams to assess upcoming equipment needs and scheduling.
• Perform equipment inspections and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Track routine and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain digital inventory and ERP data accuracy; support process improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors for servicing, rentals, or procurement as directed.
