Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) Specialist to oversee OFE items (panels, switchgear, buss, transformers) across Excellerate locations. You will coordinate with program managers, operations, planning and procurement to align deliveries with production schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in FTI/Excellerate procurement or related roles, and strong communication skills. Travel ~10% and a 7:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule apply; flexibility to meet business needs is

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma + relative work experience.
• Experience: 2-5+ years within FTI, Excellerate, procurement and/or related experience as determined by management.
• Working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which the project deliverables are created and used.
• Travel: 10%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; may work any day to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Excellerate Switchgear PM, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to confirm day-to-day OFE delivery requirements.
• Supports ERP-related OFE master data, order updates and usage by material specification from OFE suppliers.
• Effectively communicates at all levels within the project environment.
• Exhibits leadership and adapts to a dynamic, geographically dispersed project environment.
• Manages receiving, installing and shipping OFE content by project to meet production schedules.
• Maintains timely updates on schedules, resources and issue resolution and escalates where needed.
• Participates in all meetings relating to OFE scope and requirements with Excellerate facilities.
