Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) Specialist to oversee OFE components across panels, switchgear, buss, transformers and related items. You will coordinate with Excellerate, procurement and site teams to align production and delivery schedules.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills while coordinating multi-location activities. This role requires 10% travel and a flexible schedule to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma + relative work experience.
• Experience: 2-5+ years in FTI, Excellerate, procurement or related areas as determined by management.
• Travel: 10% of time.
• Work schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri; may require other hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Excellerate Switchgear PM, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to meet OFE delivery needs.
• Supports ERP-related order management from master data to proper receipt and usage by OFE supplier.
• Communicates at all levels within the project environment, leads and adapts to a dispersed team.
• Manages schedule updates, resources, risk, and issue resolution; escalates when outside scope.
