The role involves full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools. Start times range 7am–8:30am, with standard 8-hour days.

Pay ranges from $30.00 to $33.00 per hour, with a bachelor’s degree required and at least two years of recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience and OFCCP required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing tools.
