UNKNOWN, located in Santa Ana, CA, seeks an HR Specialist / Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and core HR tasks with emphasis on OFCCP compliance and wage standards. You will partner with hiring managers, build diverse candidate pipelines, and ensure processes are compliant and efficient.

Responsibilities include onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, benefits coordination, and maintaining personnel files while upholding DOL and OFCCP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years HR/recruitment experience, preferably in federal contractor or union environment.
• Strong knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and labor law compliance.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle: postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Ensure compliance with federal contractor requirements including job channels, ATS, and dispositioning per OFCCP.
• Maintain Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and assist with EEO-1/VETS-4212 reporting.
• Collaborate with union reps to ensure hiring aligns with labor agreements.
• Facilitate onboarding, I-9s, E-Verify, and new hire documents; maintain employee records and privacy.
