You will work with hardware, software, and sales, guiding cross-functional teams and prioritizing initiatives to meet design win objectives.

The role requires extensive experience with OEM/ODM programs, datacenter deployments, and strategic influence across engineering and account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with IT focus.
• 10+ years of OEM/ODM, datacenter operations and deployments.
• 5+ years leading a Solutions Architecture team.
• Strong ability to manage workflows across technical engagements and NPI efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize OEM technical teams to align with sales strategy.
• Lead NPI activities and end-to-end solution development with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain trusted technical relationships.
• Recruit, interview, and justify new hires for the team.
