Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an exceptionally skilled Technical Professional to lead the OEM technical field teams and drive successful product introductions for OEM partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware and software engineering, OEM project management, and sales to deliver end-to-end solutions and align them with design wins and the broader NVIDIA roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with focus on IT management.
10+ overall years of experience with OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments and management.
5+ years of experience managing a Solutions Architecture team.
Proven coordination skills across technical engagements, NPI, and E2E solution development.
OEM experience with product qualification and launch processes.
Technical breadth across NVIDIA’s solution suite including GPU, networking components, and data center software stacks.
Cross-functional leadership across engineering, sales, and product teams.
Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM reviews and build trusted technical relationships.
Project management to track goals and ensure timely execution across multiple initiatives.
Strategic influence to shape OEM engagement, roadmaps, and alignment with sales.
Recruiting competence to lead interviewing and executive-level hiring justifications.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and advise OEM technical teams on NPI and end-to-end solutions.
Coordinate Technical Engagements: oversee and prioritize workflow of OEM technical teams.
Lead NPI activities: plan and coordinate integration of NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms.
Orchestrate End-to-End Solution Development: prioritize workstreams delivering complete hardware and software solutions.
Address OEM partner concerns and provide support: resolve issues and maintain strong technical relationships.
Coordinate large-scale deployments: lead execution for major customer deployments.
Recruit and build talent: participate in recruitment and executive hiring justifications.
Influence strategy and policy: contribute to OEM account strategy and roadmap planning.
