Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an exceptionally skilled Technical Professional to lead OEM technical field teams, coordinating engagements and overseeing end-to-end solution development for OEM partners. You will collaborate with hardware, software, engineering, project management, and sales to drive successful product integrations.

This role requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, deep OEM engagement experience, and the ability to influence strategy and roadmaps while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with focus on IT management.
• 8+ years of experience with OEM/ODM, datacenter operations, deployments and management, with 4+ years leading a team.
• Proven coordination skills to manage workflows across technical engagements, NPI, and E2E solution development.
• Experience with OEM integration cycles including product qualification and launch processes.
• High-level understanding of NVIDIA’s solution suite (GPU, networking, software stacks) for data center and OEM deployments.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex deployments and customer engagements.
• Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier‑1 OEM reviews and build trusted technical relationships.
• Project management expertise to set goals and track progress across multiple initiatives.
• Strategic influence to shape OEM engagement strategy and align with sales on adoption of NVIDIA solutions.
• Recruiting competence to lead interview panels and craft executive-level hiring justifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Technical Engagements across NVIDIA product integrations, aligning with sales strategy and design win objectives.
• Lead NPI activities and guide teams to integrate NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms.
• Orchestrate end-to-end solution development with cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
• Address OEM partner concerns, resolve issues, and maintain strong technical relationships for satisfaction.
• Coordinate large-scale deployments, directing internal and external resources for successful implementation.
• Participate in recruitment, lead interview panels, and prepare executive-level hiring justifications.
• Influence OEM strategy and contribute to roadmap planning with alignment to sales and account plans.
