You will coordinate with hardware, software, engineering, OEM project management, and sales to plan, prioritize, and deliver end-to-end solutions, including NPI activities and large-scale deployments. Strong recruiting, leadership, and strategic influence are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with OEM/ODM, datacenter operations, deployments and management.
• 4+ years of leading a team.
• Coordinate workflows across technical engagements, NPI, and E2E solution development.
• Familiarity with OEM integration cycles from qualification to launch.
• Broad understanding of NVIDIA solutions (GPU, networking, software stacks) for data center deployments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OEM technical engagements and prioritize team workload.
• Lead NPI activities and guide integration of NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms.
• Orchestrate end-to-end solution development with cross-functional teams.
• Address OEM partner concerns and maintain strong technical relationships.
• Coordinate large-scale deployments and cross-resource execution.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring justifications for new team members.
• Influence OEM strategy and roadmap planning in collaboration with sales.
