SunSource, a leading North American provider of mobile hydraulics and fluid power solutions, seeks an experienced OEM Account Manager in Michigan. The role focuses on growing key OEM relationships, leveraging deep mobile hydraulics knowledge, and delivering engineered solutions across a defined territory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outside sales for mobile hydraulics or OEMs, strong communication and CRM skills, and a willingness to travel within Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience selling mobile hydraulics or OEM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of mobile hydraulic systems and components.
• Experience with technical sales, product application support, troubleshooting, or engineered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage key OEM accounts across the Southeast Michigan territory.
• Build relationships with OEM engineering, purchasing, operations, and leadership teams.
• Apply mobile hydraulic and fluid power expertise to identify customer needs and propose engineered solutions.
• Prospect for new business through customer visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and technical presentations.
• Partner with engineering, customer service, and technical teams to develop effective customer solutions.
• Manage territory activity, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM and other sales tools.
• Stay current on mobile hydraulic technologies, applications, and market trends.
