Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Portland, OR, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support OEM customers with outstanding service, technical guidance, and sales coordination. You will handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and ensure CRM/ERP accuracy.

Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to verify part numbers, configurations, delivery requirements, and order status. This is an office-based role in Portland with no work-from-home option.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for OEM accounts.
• Respond to inquiries on pricing, orders, and product information.
• Process quotes and orders in ERP.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and service teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track order status.
• Provide technical assistance and product recommendations.
• Troubleshoot portal/web shop issues and train customers.
