Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North America OEM growth strategy.
• Identify, acquire, and grow strategic OEM accounts from discovery to implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, operations, supply chain and executives.
• Create and execute strategic account plans for design wins and long-term growth.
• Collaborate across sales, product management, engineering, and channel teams.
• Enhance OEM selling capabilities through best practices and joint planning.
• Monitor market trends, opportunities, and maintain opportunity management.
