Emerson is seeking a sales professional to drive North America OEM growth, building key customer relationships and creating scalable adoption pathways for Emerson Measurement Solutions.

You will work with sales, product management, engineering, and channel partners to align OEM strategies with end-user demand, pursue design wins, and accelerate business growth across industrial markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field or related.
• Four (4) years of industry experience; two (2) in sales or marketing.
• Willingness to travel 60%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the North America OEM growth strategy with market segmentation and target accounts.
• Acquire and grow strategic OEM accounts from discovery to commercial alignment and implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, operations, supply chain, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to drive design wins and long-term growth.
• Collaborate across sales, product management, application engineering, and channel teams to align OEM strategies with end-user demand.
• Share best practices and support strategic pursuits to improve OEM selling capabilities.
• Monitor market trends and forecast opportunities with disciplined management and reviews.
