Job summary

MonoSol, a leader in advanced materials, seeks a Senior Manager Organizational Development to design strategies strengthening organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to translate business priorities into scalable solutions across design, change management, leadership development, succession planning, and culture.

Travel is required, blending strategic guidance with hands-on implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organisational development, industrial-organisational psychology, human resources, business, behavioural science, education, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in organisational development, organisational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, change management, or related discipline, including experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, advanced materials, chemicals, engineering, or other technically complex environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted organisational development advisor to executives, business leaders, and HR partners, applying a disciplined consulting approach to complex organisational and talent challenges.
• Provide executive coaching and organisational effectiveness consultation to senior leaders and leadership teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess organisational capabilities, structures, roles, governance, and ways of working, recommending solutions that improve accountability and performance.
• Lead and support development of career frameworks, job architecture, capability models, and organisational structures for talent mobility and scalability.
• Assess emerging workforce trends, technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance effectiveness and performance.
• Lead organisational design initiatives using data to identify capability gaps and risks and drive improvements.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Design and implement leadership development strategies to strengthen strategic thinking, coaching, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead or support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline processes.
