Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in HR/Organizational Development and 10+ years of corporate HR experience.
• Broad understanding of project administration principles and experience coordinating work to meet milestones.
• Customer-focused with strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary talent liaison for designated business units, building relationships with leaders and HR partners.
• Lead organizational design and development aligned to strategy, growth and operating needs.
• Shape leadership and talent planning via succession and development roadmaps.
• Own enterprise-wide talent initiatives, including performance management and talent reviews.
• Apply change management to ensure adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Enterprise Learning, HRIS and stakeholders for seamless execution.
