Job summary

MonoSol is seeking an experienced OCM Lead to drive organizational change management across a multi-year transformation program within a global specialty materials manufacturing environment. The role leads 11 workstreams covering technology, manufacturing, workforce, and operating models, collaborating with executives and plant leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in OCM consulting, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a manufacturing mindset.

Qualifications

8+ years of organizational change management, business transformation, or related consulting experience.
Demonstrated experience leading OCM for complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
Strong experience developing change strategies, change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, engagement plans, communications strategies, readiness/adoption plans, and resistance mitigation strategies.
Experience working with executives and senior operational leaders; able to operate independently and establish OCM structure in evolving programs.
Excellent facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Meet with program leadership to understand upcoming changes and priorities.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and change impact discussions.
Maintain stakeholder, impact, readiness, and risk assessments; develop change roadmap.
Coach leaders and develop communications and change-network resources.
Coordinate training and communications across workstreams; monitor risks and adoption.
