Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Organizational Development Principal to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that align leadership, culture and strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in OD/HR space.
• Experience in large, complex or matrixed organizations with dispersed employees.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and development theories.
• Experience using AI in data analysis and workflow improvements.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup) and PowerPoint for exec level materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in succession planning, change management or leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and analyze complex data to drive development programs.
• Co-design and co-facilitate leadership sessions, workshops and alignments.
• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure programs meet business objectives.
• Design innovative OD programs aligned with strategic imperatives.
• Prepare detailed reports on outcomes and impacts of initiatives.
• Support enterprise-wide transformation and change management efforts.
• May serve as a task lead and assist with other OD duties.
