Job summary

MONO is seeking a Social Director to build and scale a forward-thinking social practice. You will lead strategy, client advisory, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver integrated social solutions across platforms, creators, and analytics.

This role blends senior client work with agency leadership to accelerate growth and culture within MONO. You will architect best‑in‑class social offerings, drive talent development, and ensure social is embedded from planning through execution to unlock

Qualifications

• Proven track record building or leading an integrated social practice.
• Experience advising executive-level clients and driving growth.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and measurement.
• Strong communications and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the agency's social vision and practice.
• Partner with strategy, creative, media, PR, and analytics teams.
• Develop integrated social solutions across channels and formats.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing social team.
• Embed social in planning from the outset and inform journey decisions.
• Lead new business efforts and thought leadership initiatives.
• Establish listening, measurement, and optimization frameworks.
