Crusoe is seeking a Principal Organizational Development Strategist to drive organizational health and effectiveness across engineering, data center, manufacturing, and corporate teams. You will diagnose needs, design interventions, and partner with analytics and leadership to scale impactful programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive organizational development, talent management, or IO psychology experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose friction and drive complex change.
• Comfort challenging senior executives with structure and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose org health issues and advise on design initiatives.
• Translate talent reviews into actionable development plans.
• Analyze engagement data and surface insights for leadership alignment.
• Design and facilitate offsites, leadership sessions, and team workshops.
• Create scalable tools to set expectations and enable managers.
