Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to design, deliver, and continually improve training and development programs that strengthen leadership and talent across Retail, Post Retail, Supply Chain, eCommerce, GCS, and GSG.

You will partner with leaders to elevate onboarding, leadership effectiveness, and career growth, aligning strategies with business goals to boost engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, HR, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in organizational development or related role.
• Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of successful organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and relevant software.
• Experience in a client-facing environment related to the industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives.
• Facilitate change management processes and provide support during transitions.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align organizational goals with business strategies.
• Analyze and optimize business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support the development of leadership and talent management programs.
• Monitor the progress of development initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to inform decisions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and leadership.
• Create and implement performance management systems.
• Lead structured Team Member Orientation and Onboarding programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
