Job summary

PPL Corporation seeks a Talent Management/Organizational Development Specialist to design, develop, and implement organization development programs across all departments. The role focuses on leadership and competency development, manager and employee assessment, assimilation, and training and development support.

Consulting with all levels of management will drive effective HR interventions. The position involves teaching development programs in multiple formats, maintaining LMS documentation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and evidence of designing development initiatives.
• Experience building and implementing OD, learning and development programs.
• Ability to collaborate with management to assess needs and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the identification, development, implementation, marketing, and administration of OD, learning and development programs.
• Consult with management to assess interventions for organizational effectiveness.
• Design and deliver training in various formats, including in-person and virtual formats.
• Maintain documentation in the Learning Management System and coordinate vendor interventions.
• Coordinate project work related to the programs and participate in after-hours emergency roles if required.
• Presence on-site may be required for coordination with direct reports.
