Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking a Retail Talent Development Partner to design and deliver training programs that strengthen store operations and career development. Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience with hands-on training and development.
• Experience guiding store leadership and regional directors to drive performance.
• Strong understanding of staffing, customer service, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with operational goals.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams.
• Lead hands-on training in Academy Store and rotate across sites as needed.
• Partner with directors and site leadership to identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.
