Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development or a related role
• Experience with project management and change management methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of successful organizational change initiatives
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and relevant software
• Experience in a specific industry relevant to the client base
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with stakeholder management and client relations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of adaptability and willingness to learn
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions
• Familiarity with performance management systems and tools
• Understanding of business process improvement techniques
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate Team Members' scheduling.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives
• Facilitate change management processes and provide support during transitions
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align organizational goals with business strategies
• Analyze and optimize business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Support the development of leadership and talent management programs
• Monitor the progress of development initiatives and make adjustments as necessary
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to inform decisions
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and leadership
• Create and implement performance management systems
• Lead structured Team Member Orientation and Onboarding programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
