Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience: 5+ years with an Associate’s Degree, or 3+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Hands-on training and development experience, employee coaching, and strong understanding of retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with operational goals.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams.
• Facilitate hands-on training at Academy Store.
• Partner with Directors and site leadership to identify challenges and implement training solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of organizational policies and procedures.
