Job summary

GOODWILL CENTRAL COAST is seeking a Training & Development (T&D) Associate to provide on-site training and coaching at designated retail stores. You will develop both hard and soft skills across departments, working with Mission Services and DGR employees.

You will document progress, support performance improvement, and ensure training compliance while collaborating with store leadership to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to Mission Services workforce employees and DGR employees assigned to donated goods worksites.
• Document individuals' performance through weekly assessments; address issues with employees and the Employment Specialist.
• Greet store customers and assist with product selections.
• Ring up sales on the cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Ensure completion of all in-store training for Mission Services workforce employees and DGR employees.
