You will collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and stakeholders to assess needs, design tailored solutions, and facilitate change initiatives that boost engagement and efficiency.

This on-site, full-time role requires leading OD initiatives, integrating with talent management, and delivering leadership development while measuring impact with data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years in OD/Program management, preferably in tech.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience integrating OD with talent management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of organizational development initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps across departments.
• Design and deliver programs on leadership development, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with HR to integrate OD with talent management, succession, and training.
• Facilitate workshops and team-building to promote learning and collaboration.
• Use data-driven insights to measure impact and adjust programs as needed.
• Advocate change and manage resistance through clear communication.
• Stay current on OD trends and apply innovative approaches.
