Job summary

• Master's degree in Training, HRD, OD, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 10 years experience in organizational development, performance excellence, adult learning, change management, or leadership development.
• 5 years experience corporate training and business management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing organizational development strategies.
• Strong consulting, problem solving and credibility-building skills across a broad client base.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and transfers topic knowledge to staff with a focus on continuous learning and leadership development.
• Drives quality and production outcomes to meet training and OD program standards.
• Accountable for achieving assigned business objectives.
• Consults with external client companies to increase organizational capabilities.
