Job summary
ONE (Open Network Exchange) seeks an experienced Leadership Development Coach to design, develop, and deliver leadership programs across the organization in Scottsdale, AZ. The role partners with the CPO to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive a culture of development.
The ideal candidate is an experienced facilitator with a background in executive coaching, leadership assessment, and program delivery from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5–8 years of leadership development or related experience.
- Professional coaching certification required.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs independently.
- Experience using assessments and conducting debriefs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate leadership development programs for managers, directors, and leaders.
- Create program materials: facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, case studies, leadership tools.
- Provide one-on-one leadership coaching to leaders and high-potential employees.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, retreats, and team development programs.
- Partner with HR and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Translate assessment results into practical development plans and coaching opportunities.
