Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, supporting Express and Bonobos brands, seeks a Sr. Manager of Organizational Development to lead leadership learning and performance initiatives for the Phoenix Home Office in Columbus and New York, plus Stores/Guideshops.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Instructional / Organizational Design or Human Resources.
• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Design Education, or equivalent experience - Masters Degree preferred.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and skill gap analyses; mastery of adult learning principles and measurement of training effects.
• Fluent in Instructional Design theory and practical application.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to present to all levels of the organization.
• Experience in developing programs for individual contributors up to executive level management.
• Knowledge of integrating online training and LMS.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop high performers.

Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment: identify learning needs for Phoenix and build targeted programs with leaders.
• Strategic Learning Design: develop and manage the learning calendar to meet Phoenix Rising goals.
• Learning Program Development: design programs focused on guiding principles, skills, and knowledge.
• Training Evaluation: assess curriculum and ROI of programs.
• Facilitation: lead instructor-led training sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
