Job summary

CORE LABORATORIES LP is seeking a Global Organizational Development Manager to lead our worldwide learning and development strategy, partnering with senior leadership and HR to design impactful programs that align with business objectives and company culture.

This senior role focuses on building leadership capabilities, technical training, and succession planning while leveraging data analytics to drive talent decisions and organizational effectiveness across all business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Training & Development, or related field required.
• Ten (10) years of directly related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• High School Diploma required.
• Demonstrable experience in leadership/organizational development in a corporate environment.
• Global, international, and corporate experience required.
• Experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee programs that strengthen employee knowledge, skills and behaviors, improve leadership and the overall company culture.
• Leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve organizational performance, enhance workforce capability, streamline processes, and enable data-informed decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs, establish development goals, and design targeted training programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
• Partner with global BU leads to continuously improve leadership, management and organizational capabilities to support the execution against corporate objectives.
• Partner with the global HR team to ensure that new programs/learning products have a solid project plan.
• Assess and monitor outcomes of programs, providing follow-up to ensure desired goals are met.
• Accountable for creation and delivery of Leadership, Functional Competence, Technical Training Performance, Succession and Talent Development products.
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate learning and development needs, measure training program effectiveness, identify workforce capability trends, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic talent decisions and support business objectives.
• Responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of organisational development programs, including leadership development, manager training, technical and functional competence, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, executive coaching, and change management.
