Visionworks of America is seeking a friendly OD Coordinator to be the face of our Exam Practice, ensuring a smooth patient journey from check-in to the sales floor. You will assist with OD Tech scheduling and training, and you will communicate patient needs to the team with empathy.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and any OD tech license maintained per state requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous customer or patient service experience preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed OD Techs must maintain a State Opticians License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with OD Tech training and scheduling.
• Guide patients through the exam-to-sales journey, providing product information.
• Support store operations for exam lane maintenance and patient experience.
