Job summary

KBR Mission Technology Solutions seeks a Travel Coordinator to manage travel for customers and employees, book flights and accommodations, and create precise itineraries for multiple OCONUS locations. This 100% onsite role requires coordinating with service providers and ensuring compliance with USG travel rules.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with Poly, at least three years in travel coordination, and a proactive, safety-conscious approach to operations.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Minimum 3 years travel coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Arrange travel for customers and employees: book flights and accommodations.
• Negotiate contracts: coordinate with travel service providers for best rates and amenities.
• Manage itineraries to meet requirements and communicate plans to travelers.
• Monitor travel policy compliance and address issues as they arise.
• Advise staff and contractor personnel on approved routes and modes per USG rules.
• Coordinate hotel/base housing, vehicles, and pickup/drop-off times.
