Our client is looking to fill a Case Manager position located in the Herndon, VA area, in support of a dynamic fast paced business office on the KODIAK program. This is a five days, 36 hour position that will focus on the workflow data management. Communication and the ability to work across organizations with other components is critical in meeting deadlines and clarifying action items. The right candidate will perform a combination of technician and case manager tasks through ad hoc requirements and must be able to work as an individual performer as well as in a team environment. The candidate must have critical thinking skills to recommend process improvements to meet customers’ needs and mission requirements. Must have the ability to manage a high volume of requests varying in complexity and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications / Education

• Eleven years of experience may be substituted for a degree, with a high school diploma.
