Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services, Inc. in the Northern Virginia area seeks a Desk Officer with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team supporting a USG critical mission.

You will manage and coordinate the installation and training of systems in host nations, addressing customer objectives and tasks, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure mission success. The role requires interpreting customer requirements, working in fast-paced environments, and travel to OCONUS locations up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearances with polygraph, recent BI and polygraph within the last five years or ability to successfully complete required security processing.
• Participation in efforts with special skills officers with technical business or operational experience.
• Excellent organizational skills to address complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including the ability to express facts and complex ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve, and work several tasks concurrently.
• Draft customer unique memorandums and other documents as required to support office requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in often ambiguous, fast-paced, environments with limited supervision and competing priorities.
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking/analytical skills, including ability to process large amounts of information, extracting relevant information, and conveying findings to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with partners to understand and anticipate changing needs and requirements, anticipate follow-on questions, and provide comprehensive assessments.
• Ability for travel to OCONUS locations in support of the customer mission (25%)
