Position BackgroundSeeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) transformation. This individual will partner closely with the client and a third-party system implementation partner to deliver best-in-class organizational change management services that enable successful adoption of the new solution across the organization.The project involves the implementation of the Solochain Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which monitors, tracks, and controls end-to-end manufacturing operations by bridging enterprise planning with shop floor execution. The OCM Lead will play a critical role in preparing business leaders, supervisors, and end users for new processes, technologies, and ways of working, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained adoption.This is a multi-site, enterprise transformation expected to span more than one year, with the Solochain MES solution being deployed across five manufacturing facilities (500-700 employees). Working as an integral member of the integrated project team, the OCM Lead will collaborate with client stakeholders, implementation consultants, project leadership, and business representatives to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, communications, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, training coordination, and adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.The ideal candidate is a collaborative consultant who thrives in complex transformation environments, excels at building trusted relationships across business and technical teams, and is passionate about helping organizations successfully navigate change while delivering measurable business outcomes.Experience

• 7-10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
• Preferred 5+ years supporting ERP, SAP, MES, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise system implementations
• Experience leading OCM activities for medium to large-scale technology transformations (500-5,000+ impacted users)
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams
• Consulting experience preferred
