Job summary

TotalTek is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead to drive the MES transformation across five manufacturing facilities. You will partner with client teams and a third-party partner to design strategies, communications, training, and adoption plans that ensure smooth implementation and lasting benefits.

The role requires 7–10+ years of OCM experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence without direct authority across complex, cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• Experience leading OCM for ERP/MES/Oracle/SAP deployments.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop OCM strategy and plan for MES transformation across multiple sites.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Develop sponsorship and engagement plans for executives and supervisors.
• Create executive and leadership messaging and communications plans.
• Coordinate training strategy and end-user materials.
• Support readiness activities and go-live adoption across facilities.
• Measure OCM metrics, adoption rates, and business outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance.
