Job summary

Terillium is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to independently lead OCM delivery for enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative consulting environment, builds trusted client relationships, and translates complex change into practical strategies that prepare, equip, and support people through transformation. 7+ years of experience and ERP transformation exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of organizational change management experience with independent leadership.
• Structured change management principles applied across the full project lifecycle.
• ERP or large-scale technology transformation experience; Oracle Cloud/JD Edwards/NetSuite a plus.
• Change management certification preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OCM delivery aligned to project objectives, milestones, and risks.
• Conduct readiness, stakeholder, and change impact assessments; translate findings into actions.
• Develop and execute integrated OCM strategies across communications, sponsorship, training, readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
• Partner with executive sponsors and leaders to build alignment and active sponsorship.
• Design and activate change networks and champion strategies to extend engagement.
• Create audience-specific communications and engagement activities to build awareness and commitment.
• Lead training needs analysis and learning strategy development, including role-based plans.
• Establish readiness and adoption measures; analyze feedback to drive improvements.
• Facilitate executive interviews, workshops, and client sessions with credibility.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate OCM into the overall project plan.
• Identify risks and resistance; develop mitigation strategies and communicate recommendations.
